Nadiia Makohin

I was initially hired at Solution 105 for a special project, but my position quickly became permanent. I am responsible for collecting, organizing, verifying, and reporting sustainability-related data across multiple systems. I work with the team to manage and report data across about 300 client sites around the world! Needless to say, in my role, there are always new fields to discover, and the team is always ready to support me and help implement new ideas.

What I like most about working with Solution 105 is the people. We have a great, professional and friendly team. Our team supports a healthy work-life balance and flexibility, and as a newcomer to Canada with two small children, this support has helped me a lot. I love the people and environment at this company.

I am passionate about continuous learning, developing new skills, staying curious about how things work and delivering excellence. I take pride in producing quality work and feel confident in my job.

Personally, I’m very proud of my lovely family. We are doing a great job adapting to our new life in Canada.
