Jarrod Crone

After graduating from the University of Alberta with a degree in Operations Management, I was eager to apply the analytical and problem-solving skills I learned. Since joining the Solution 105 team, I’ve had the opportunity to deepen my knowledge and gain hands-on experience solving complex issues. We work on several projects at once, which requires a great deal of organization and the ability to retain information for long periods of time. I enjoy this challenge!

Solution 105 has a culture built on trust, accountability and support. The team and workplace are flexible, allowing me to stay productive and maintain a good balance between my work and personal improvements. 

I’m passionate about continuous improvement, both professionally and personally.  I enjoy finding better ways to do things and learning new skills. I believe there’s always an opportunity to grow and improve.

For fun, I enjoy reading and playing video games. They allow me to learn new things and perspectives, and to unwind and relax.
