Solution 105 is the first place I’ve ever worked where I, overall, really like my job! I have a lot of variety in my role, including administration, managing and coordinating client data, providing support for submetering projects, planning social events, and wherever else I might be needed. I like working for a small, locally owned company where work-life balance is a priority, and my co-workers are a dream to work alongside.
I’ve explored different career paths over the years, but during the pandemic, I decided to try something new and enroll in an Administrative Assistant program. This decision proved life-changing, and within a couple of months of completing the program, I joined the Solution 105 team and haven’t looked back since!
I’m passionate about my family, striving for personal growth, feminism, animal rescue, and advocating for social justice. In my spare time, you’ll find me gardening (indoors and outdoors), as it brings me peace, finding ways to be creative or exploring new local eateries and distilleries.
