Alberta and Denmark work together to build a clean energy powerhouse in Canada

Alberta Innovates and the Danish Ministry of Climate, Energy, and Utilities signed a memorandum at last month’s Inventures Conference. The memorandum provides a multi-year framework that encourages collaboration between Denmark and the province to support carbon solution development and deployment.

Albert Innovates’ CEO, Mike Mahom, stated, “Alberta Innovates is proud to be forging this new partnership with Denmark, which will be mutually beneficial by sharing technical knowledge, advice, skills, and expertise.”

The two regions will meet twice annually, exchange and trade students and professionals, and work together on joint research, use of test facilities, and more.
